Don Anderson

Executive Director

Mr. Anderson moved to Nampa in 1988 where he raised a daughter and son. He has his fourth grandchild on the way. Musically, Don started playing the flute as a teen. For nearly 25 years combined he played with the College of Idaho Community Symphony and Boise State University’s All Campus Band. Mr. Anderson currently lives in Boise and performs with the Serenata Orchestra, Treasure Valley Concert Band, Canyon County Symphony Flute Orchestra, Boise Community Band, No Greater Love Orchestra, and the Shrine Circus Band. He also sings tenor with the Boise Philharmonic Master Chorale.

Mr. Anderson retired from a career in the financial and accounting industry where he acquired his extensive background in tax administration and enforcement and received specialized training in private investigation, criminology, and became a nationally certified investigator. Don is also a Certified Public Manager and holds two business degrees received from Boise State University. As part of his Music Business degree he completed a two-year internship in the administrative offices of the Boise Philharmonic. Mr. Anderson has represented the state of Idaho as an expert witness in state and federal litigation and for seven years chaired a national communications and legislation committee. He now manages his investment company from home with the help of his littermate Morkies, Will & Grace.
