Please join us for an evening of some of the most powerful and moving music ever written. The NNU Symphonic Orchestra will join us on stage for Beethoven’s intensely moving Coriolan Overture. Then we will present moments from the most famous love story ever told; Sergei Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet Suite No. 2. We will end the night with Camile Saint-Saens grand masterwork, his Symphony No. 3, the “Organ Symphony”.

Orchestra students between the ages of 13-18 are invited to spend a week rehearsing small ensemble pieces with their peers, culminating in a recital at the end of the week. Students will ultimately take ownership over their rehearsal process and the final performance with the guidance of Dr. Nick Harker in large ensemble rehearsals and Aled Roberts in Chamber Ensembles. The entire camp body will also combine for a large group performance at the end of the week led by Dr. Harker.
